Golon follows the North American IESNA standard in providing the optional lens with Type III Type IV and Type V. Golon selects the most suitable lens for its customer by project.
Type II: More narrow distribution type that projects most of the light to the sides with very little light shining behind the fixture. Typically used for highway on and exit ramps, residential streets, and wide walkways. Type II is for 2 lanes road.
Type III: Similar to type II with light projecting out further. Designed for general parking areas and roadways. Be for 3 lanes and even wider road.
Type IV :Designed for installation of the sides or buildings, the perimeter of parking areas, and side-of-road lighting.
Type V: Circular light distribution type with the same amount of light projected at all angles. Designed for large open spaces like intersections, large parking lots, and roadway medians.
